Proving the Case
CrashUK technicians are able to recover freeze-frame hexadecimal data from within the modules of a crashed motor vehicle to show the time, date and speed that the vehicle was travelling at when the collision occurred. Additionally, our technicians can provide data relating to the steering angles, accelerator input, braking, seatbelt use and force of the impact.*
Our reports will show what the vehicle was doing over a period of around 5 seconds prior to the point of impact! If there has been several impacts then we can retrieve 5 seconds worth of data prior to each impact!
We can prove what happened in a collision, whether the airbags activated or not!
* The amount of data which is retrievable is dependent on the age, make and model of the vehicle. Around 60 to 70& of vehicles in the United Kingdom are compatible to be downloaded. Please contact us for more information.
