We are located in North East England however our services are available throughout the United Kingdom.

Our pricing structure can be seen below. Please note that each new instruction will include ONE HOUR which will be uncharged. This period could be used to review case material or to travel to and/or from the location required.
Hourly Rate - £100
Daily Rate - £800
Hourly Rate (when travelling) - £50
Mileage - 45 pence per mile
Following the download of an Event Data Recorder, should a full report be requested then an upfront payment will be required, currently at a rate of £275. This is a specialist service that uses cutting edge technology. Due to the nature of how we extract and process the data, payment in advance is required.

CrashUK provide a range of services that assist you in obtaining highly technical and accurate collision data that is stored within the complex modules of your motor vehicle.
Not all motor vehicles are able to be interrogated by our equipment to extract collision data. We hold detailed files relating to the makes and models of motor vehicles that are Event Data Compliant and we will be able to advise you if your vehicle is able to be interrogated to examine collision data. This checking service is FREE OF CHARGE. Currently in the United Kingdom around 60% to 70% of vehicles are compatible.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are making a claim through an insurance policy then our reports will assist in any such claim. Any costs incurred in securing our services may be able to be claimed back via as part of the insurance claim.*
